It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Peter Nyquist (Wayzata, Minnesota), who passed away on April 22, 2026, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Colburn Nyquist and Gloria Dalbotten (Schommer); his sister Kathy Nelson (Nyquist); and his stepbrother David Olson. He is survived by: his wife Diane Nyquist (Horvat); his son David Colburn Nyquist; his uncle Edmund "Bud" Schommer; his sister Karen Gallagher (Nyquist); his sisters-in-law, Susan Schiller (Tony) and Cyndi Lorang (Kevin); his nieces and nephews, Chad Gallagher, Stephen Gallagher, Kenny Lorang, Danielle Kluberton (Nelson) and Amber Lorang; Valarie Roseth and Chloe Roseth. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
