He is survived by: his wife Judith Claire Cook Leff; his children, Jill Lewis (Mike), Lisa Leff (John), Christopher Leff (Katherine) and Jacqueline Schmit (Steven); his grandchildren, Jessica Mathews, Lydia Sullivan (John) and Dana Harris (Jack); his children, Caroline, Thomas, Matthew Leff and Nicholas Schmit; and his great grandchildren, Mia Sullivan and Cole Harris.
