He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellie Slama and Ryan Mouser; Rylie Ann Slama. He is survived by: his grandparents, John, Rebecca Slama, Mike and Brenda Mouser; and his great-grandparents, Don Holmquist and Ellie Holmquist. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
