He is survived by: his wife Jean; his daughters, Kalli Crow (Christopher) and Rachel (David); his grandchildren, Maddex and Lyla; his mother Susan; and his siblings, David (BethAnn), Christopher (Jennifer), Patrice Holm (Gerald) and Lynnea Falkner (Kurt). He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
