With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Verna Ricker (Wayzata, Minnesota), born in Kenosha, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 1, 2025 at the age of 93. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hans Andersen and Minnie Andersen; her husband Lloyd Ricker (Buzz); and her grandson Michael. She is survived by: her children, David (Pamela), Darryl (Lynn), Catherine, Cherryl (Greg), Carol (David), Daniel (Pamela), Connie (Bruce), Dennis, Carla and Donald; and her sister Carol. She is also survived by 21 Grandchildren; 30 Great-Grandchildren; 1 Great-Great-Grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St Bartholomew Catholic Church (630 Wayzata Blvd, Wayzata, MN 55391). A Mass will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the Gethsemane Cemetery (8151 N 42nd Ave, New Hope, MN 55427).
