He was predeceased by: his parents, August Wetzel and Clara Wetzel (Block). He is survived by: his wife Thelma Wetzel of Wells, MN; his children, Patti Wetzel (Sirous) of Santa Fe, NM and Doug Wetzel (Christie) of Wells, MN; his grandchildren, Davis Wetzel and Lauren Wetzel of Waco, TX; and his sister Marion. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
