He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Butson and Winifred "Wink" Butson (Knuths); his brother Michael Butson; and his sister-in-law Sharon Butson. He is survived by: his siblings, Pamela Lund of Rochester, MN, John Butson (Patricia) of Laurinburg, NC, Connie Allis (Bill) of Wells and Patrick Butson of Swansea, SC. He is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews and their spouses; 8 great-nieces and nephews; numerous cousins.
