He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert "Pat" Horntasch and Marie Horntasch (Rosenbrock). He is survived by: his wife Darla Giese; his daughters, Tammy Chase (Anthony) of Wells, Ami Hart (Dan) of Wells and Angie Voigt (Brandon) of Wells; his grandchildren, Maddie Maisch (Matt), Ariana Chase (JT), Carter Hart and Jaxon Hart; his great grandchild Mason Jack; his sister Mary Klocek; his close friend Milt Peterson; his niece Tina Giese; his parents-in-law, Ferd and Viola Giese; his great grandchild Millie Marie; his sister Patsy Gottberg; his brother-in-law Ron Klocek; and his niece Shelly Klocek. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
