She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Helle of Astoria, IL, David Helle (Janeen) of Rockford, MI and Ramona Jacobson (Rob) of Wells, MN; her grandchildren, Joseph, Jacob, Wyatt, Jackson and Ariel; her great grandchildren, Elijah, Hudson and Kennedy; her brothers, Ray Cleer of Canton, IL and Dale Cleer (Maralyn) of Hanna City, IL; and her brother-in-law Bob Champlin of Canton, IL..
In lieu of flowers, Shirley's family asks that memorials are sent to United Hospital District Hospice.
