He is survived by: his wife Mary; his sister Sharon Johnson (Todd); his nephew Michael Shelton (Kelly); his niece Lauren Kanne (Joey Tutowohl); his great-nephew Elliott; his niece Lindsey Buekleman; his nephew Anthony Swanson (Alessandra); his great-niece Aurelia; and his sister-in-law Barbara Swanson (Mike).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Church of Saint Casimir, the Salvation Army, or the Minnesota Historical Society.
