He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Zappa and Cecelia Zappa (Madden); and his brother Michael. He is survived by: his wife Jane Frances Zappa (Stumpf); his daughters, Bridget Hahn (Rob), Sarah Rodriguez (Antonio) and Cecilia Harry (Andrew); his grandchildren, Madden, Patrick, Enrique, Theodore, Vincent and Gianna; and his siblings, Joann Edwards (Terry), Mary Black (Dave), Joseph, Eugene (Sue) and Tracey Ellertson (Rob). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
If you wish to remember Pat, memorials are preferred to the Minnesota Veterans Home Adult Day Center.
