He is survived by: his sister-in-law Nancy Heitzinger; his father-in-law Richard Dunst; his wife Cheryl; his children, Neil Miller (Elizabeth), Jason (Tanya) and Nicole (Erik); his stepdaughter Stephanie Hemmer (Scott); his siblings, Chris Kantor (Dave), Laurie Gravelle, Jeanie Sweet, Jack (Diane), Paul, Keith and Bob (Melanie); his mother-in-law Charlene Dunst; his sisters-in-law, Karen Halpin (Peter) and Jenny Wazlawik (Jim); his grandchildren, Valerie Gruber (Izak), Carson, Vanessa, Gavin, Tobias, Jacinta, Amelia Miller, Allison, Roman Heitzinger, Ava, Ella, Lila and Micah Hemmer; his great grandchild Gruber; his friends, Pat Quintero and Chris Arcand; and the mothers of children, Kathryn Heitzinger and Victoria Zenner. He is also survived by his 4 best friends, his many, many nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (1154 Seminole Ave, St Paul, MN 55118).
