As Lawrence departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Lawrence may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Lawrence leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Carlson and Ruth Carlson (Thompson); and his son Brian Carlson. He is survived by: his wife Patty of Westbrook; his daughter Brenda Larsen of Westbrook; his grandchildren, Benjamin of Redwood Falls and Emma of Westbrook; and his brothers, Roger Carlson (Kathy) of Florida and Vernon Carlson (Donna) of Slayton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Tracy United Methodist Church (162 Morgan St, Tracy, MN 56175).
