We announce the death of Barbara Sue Boulay (White Bear Lake, Minnesota), who passed away on June 20, 2026, at the age of 83. Barbara will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Diem (Moser) and Lloyd Diem; and her former husband Alfred Boulay. She is survived by: her siblings, Mike (Darlene), David (Mary Kay) and Janet Dauphin (Donald); her children, Peter Boulay (Nancy) and Patrice Ramaley; her grandchildren, Carter, Addyson Ramaley, Ben and Charles Boulay; her great grandchildren, Weston and Owen Ramaley; and her husband Fred.
After that she enjoyed working for the VOA RSVP program.
