She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlton Bergeron and Lorraine Bergeron; and her son Jason Horak. She is survived by: her husband Tom; her children, Jeff Horak (Becky) and Jill Underhill (Esau); her grandchildren, Scarlett, Noah, Sage and Cassie; her great grandchildren, Evelyn and Kennedy; and her siblings, Betty Johnson (Lindley), Robert Bergeron (Diane), Glen Bergeron (Tanya) and Brian Bergeron (Kathy). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousin, and beloved friends.
