She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Simanski; her parents, Einer Waslie and Alice Waslie (Wagner); her siblings, Arlene Thompson (Donald), Hazel Morinelli (Pete), Merlyn Waslie (Joyce) and Darreld Waslie (Margaret); and her pet Sandy.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Simanski (Christine), Barbara Shie, Mark Simanski (Julie) of Birchwood, MN, Lee Simanski (Pamela) of Maplewood, MN and Matthew (Kimberly) of Naples, FL; her grandchildren, Sarah, Rachel, Kaitlin, Nicholas, Tracy, Tyler, Dylan, Paige, Trevor, Devon and Ethan; and her great grandchildren, Leland, Hattie, Rosalyn, Hailey and Calvin.
