He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert and Helen; his son Jeffrey; and his brother Jan. He is survived by: his significant other Betty Rombach; his sons, Scott (Susan) and John (Laura); his grandchildren, Madeline Holt (Brady), Charlie, Claire, Leah, Eve and Josi; and his brothers, Herbert Jr. (Sandra) and Allan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
