He is survived by: his children, Chris Hoffman of Hugo, Craig Hoffman of Minneapolis, Scott Hoffman of Minneapolis and Holly Hoffman (Karen Moen) of St. Paul; his grandchildren, Shawn Hoffman (Becky), Ryan Hoffman and Amanda Hoffman; his great grandchild Madeline; his siblings, Mike, Tom, Steve, Linda, Dorothy and Bob; and his close friend Dorothy.
