He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Jolly and Harold Jolly; and his sister Elaine Jolly. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughter Nicole; his siblings, Gail (Don) and Dean; and his pet Betty. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
