He is survived by: his parents, Karen Markham and Joseph Markham; his sister Leah Markham; his grandparents, Dave and Mary Markham; and his pet Alix.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials in Jacob's name to - Animal Humane Society of Minnesota, the Red Cross, or TreeTrust (in St. Paul).
