He was predeceased by: his parents, Archibald Sullivan and Margaret Sullivan; and his siblings, Carole Kaiser and Michael Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kathy" Sullivan; his children, Laura Moody (Matt) and Mark Sullivan (Angelina); his grandchildren, Theo, Calvin, Ellie and Johnny; and his sister Joanne Halek. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
