He is survived by: his parents, Greg Gunderson and Dawn Gunderson (Lauren Gydesen); his siblings, Grant, Gretchen, Blake and Grace Gunderson; and his grandparents, Dick and Dee Gunderson. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Jack's honor to the MN Chapter of Cure SMA, Zephyr Hockey Booster Club or St. Jude of the Lake School.
