He was predeceased by: his wife Delores; his parents, John B. Rubbelke Sr. and Agnes Rubbelke (Wolfe); his stepmother Regina; and his siblings, Robert, Jerome, Richard, Michael Rubbelke, Margaret Larson and Marie Rubbelke.
He is survived by: his children, Tom (Kathy), Doug (Cindy), Diane Gerwood (Joseph), Scott (Sue) and Todd Rubbelke (Jodi); his sister Connie Mashuga (Wayne); and his siblings-in-law, Jack Atchison (Doreen), Linda Atchison (Clair) and Lois Rubbelke. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Our Lady of Peace Hospice and South Shore Lutheran Church.
