He is survived by: his wife Doris; his children, Dennis Frank (Vicki) of Parker, CO, Deborah Fleetham (Michael) of Edina, MN, Lisa Mascia of Woodbury, MN, Brian Frank (Sandi) of Prescott, AZ and Brenda Davis; and his siblings, Donald Frank, Marcene "Bea" Gibbons, Joe Frank, Mary Jane Doobay, Diane Hoelle and Sue Denny. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 2 step grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
