He is survived by: his children, Matthew and Abby; his former wife Kelly; his father Maynard (Charlene); his siblings, David (Connie), Stephanie Tiedeman (Blake), Anmarie, Christine Moyer and Angi Moyer (John); and his nieces and nephews, Erik, Katelyn (Gabe), William, Emma, Sara, Griffin and Zoie. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
