He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Maki. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Maki; and his children, Chad Maki (Mary), Lindsey Maki, Eric Maki (Lindsay), Brandon Maki (Brianna) and Jacob Maki. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
