He was predeceased by: his siblings-in-law, Pam Krogman and Randy Ver Meer. He is survived by: his wife Dolores "Dee" Krogman; his children, Jason Krogman (Shannon McGoffin), Leslie Heise (Brandon) and Andrea Ruh (Kristopher); and his grandsons, Tyler, Alex, William and Jacob. He is also survived by many siblings, nieces, nephews and extended family.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Ducks Unlimited, Pheasant Forever, or Delta Water Fowl.
