He was predeceased by: his parents, William Stein and Ella Stein; his brother William John Stein; and his son Robert Paul. He is survived by: his daughter Joan; his wife Joan Stein (Thatcher); and his children, Julie Adamson (Bruce Adamson), Keith Stein (Barbara) and Stephen Stein (Liz). He is also survived by grandchildren and their spouses; 17 great-grandchildren; and many extended relatives.
