He is survived by: his wife Dana; his children, Joshewa Johnson, Kristie Garcia (Anthony), Lee Johnson, Ryan Johnson (Katrina), Amanda Yurek, Phalshie Larson, Alex Studniski and Taylor Jabs; and his sisters, Lynn Garvey and Robie Carlson. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, Dana's family and many close friends.

Memorials are preferred for cancer research.
