He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Sr. Mooneyham and Emma Mooneyham; and his wife Annette. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Anderson (Jerry), Kristin Johnson (Scott) and Sean Mooneyham; and his grandchildren, Quinn, Lilian, Ainsley, Alanna and Faith.
