He is survived by: his wife Yvonne; his children, Elizabeth Peterson (Darrell), Mary Blackford (Matthew), William V. Mulry (Crystal) and Michael Mulry (Amy); his grandchildren, Ryan, Ross, Marissa, Rebekka, Caroline, Nicholas, Michael and Mitchell; and his great grandchildren, Emma and Luke.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
