We bid farewell to Jeff Hahn of Willernie, Minnesota, born in Saint Paul, Minnesota, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 20, 2025 at the age of 55. Jeff touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He is survived by: his wife Laura; his daughter Rachel; his parents, David and Judy; his sister Michele Keyport (Chris); and his parents-in-law, Richard and Norma Newberg. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jimmy's Event Center (3565 Labore Rd, Vadnais Heights, MN 55110).
