He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Bloom and JoAnn Bloom (Mahon). He is survived by: his wife Diane Novak; his daughter Kassi Shiel (Dan) of Deephaven; his granddaughter Sloane; his son David Bloom (Jamie) of Chippewa Falls, WI; his grandchildren, Owen, Elise and Oliver; and his siblings, Roger Bloom (Denise), Barb Ramsden (Tom), Terry Bloom (Rita) and Peggy Domjahn (Jerry).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Faith - Lilac Way Lutheran Church (5530 N 42nd Ave, Robbinsdale, MN 55422). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
