It is with great sadness that we announce the death of DeElla Aamot of Willmar, Minnesota, born in New Rockford, North Dakota, who passed away on April 10, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, John Juel and Agnes Juel (Anderson); her husband Paul Aamot; and her brother John Juel. She is survived by : her children, Jane Barr (Larry) of Rochester, Sarah Aamot of Brainerd, Brett Aamot (Kathy) of Spicer and Gregg Aamot (Jeanne) of Victoria; her grandchild Bria Skordahl (Chris) of Chaska; her sons, Mariel Rudick (Cole) of Mound, Josh Alexander (Krista) of Owatonna, Matt Alexander (Erin) of Rochester, Tom Alexander (Jacey) of Rochester and Manny Aamot of Victoria; and her stepgranddaughters, Chelsey Eul (Chad) of Eden Prairie and Maria Barr (Matthew Stram) of Hopkins. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and step-great grandchildren.
