Diane Marie Ruiter Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Diane Marie Ruiter of Willmar, Minnesota, who passed away on January 10, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Petersen and Opal Petersen (Elliot); and her sister Donna Tebben. She is survived by: her husband Harlan Ruiter of Willmar, MN; her children, Renae Koenen (Jeff) of Wheaton, MN, Deb Mickle (Lee) of Atwater, MN, Rhonda Ruiter (Dick Manner) of Fitchburg, WI, Brad Ruiter (Sara) of Eagan, MN and Scott Ruiter (Ivy) of Clara City, MN; her grandchildren, Chad Koenen (Dani), Ryan Koenen (Jenna Martell), Brittany Boyle (Jordan), TJ Schwartz (Crystal Laughton), Sarah Maxwell (Michael), Kevin Schwartz, Nathan Peterson (Erika Koepsel), Griffin Ruiter, Meredith Ruiter, Dalton Ruiter (Dana), Olivia Ruiter (Brandon Borell) and Parker Ruiter (Lauren Krieger); her great grandchildren, Kendall Koenen, Korie Koenen, Logan Boyle, Tanner Boyle, Preston Schwartz, Eli Schwartz, Lillia Schwartz and Lex Maxwell; her brother Dale Petersen (Jan) of Alexandria, MN; and her siblings-in-law, Ken Tebben, Freddie Riedel and Marcia Schwitters (Lowell). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
