He is survived by: his wife Kay of Willmar; his children, Kelly Kohls (Denise) of New London, Kari Rustad (Phillip) of Ankeny, IA and Chad Kohls (Shawna) of Alexandria; his grandchildren, Sean Kohls (Tessa), Tarynn Kohls, Makenna Kohls, Carson Rustad, Katie Rustad, Amanda Enestvedt (Tyler), Amber Anderson (Hideyoshi) and Jay Kohls (Amanda); his great grandchildren, Everett, Emmett Enestvedt and Opal Anderson; and his siblings, Lorna Buntjer of Worthington and Orval Kohls (Gayle) of Wheaton.
