He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Wilkins and Gertrude Wilkins (Rex); his brother Robert; his wife Putter; his daughter Jennifer Odegard; and his great grandchild Shelby Johnson.
He is survived by: his family Putter; his children, Steven Wilkins (Catherine) of Scottsdale, AZ, Suzanne Hanna (Thomas) of Shenandoah, IA and Rebecca Tompt (John) of Willmar, MN; his son-in-law Loren Odegard of Sacred Heart, MN; and his grandchildren, Matthew Wilkins, Tiffany Jakubowski, Zachary Gottsacker, Elizabeth Flott, Joseph Hanna, Tommy Hanna, James Tompt and Melissa Brace. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
