She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Thein and Gertrude Thein (Krommen); her son Michael J Weis; her great grandchildren, Brett Hartman and Mason Weis; and her siblings, Cecelia Larson (Jim), Doris Irvin (Walter), Marie Barron (Richard), Mildred Branca (Lou), Joe Thein, Leonard Thein (Irene), Peter Thein Jr. (Donna) and Stanley Thein (Velma).
She is survived by: her children, JoEllen Rodel (Lee), Mark Weis (Ann), Barbara Weis, Doug Weis (Linda), Peter Weis (Sharon Fisher) and Bill Weis; her grandchildren, Stephanie Hartman (Jason), Jeff Rodel (Beata), Laura Jehle (Chris), Joel Weis (Meghan), Greg Weis (Kate), Steven Weis (Sara), Fox Johnston, Zachary Johnston, Jacob Johnston, Amy Stien (Nick) and Nick Weis; her great grandchildren, Cole, Bree, Carly Hartman, Tanner, Addison Rodel, Cari Jehle, Audrey, Theo Weis and Addison Weis; and her siblings, Dennis Thein (Margie), Phyllis Thein O'Brien (Joe) and Barbara Lee (Bob).
