Thiery (Willmar, Minnesota), born in Mitchell, South Dakota, who passed away on January 6, 2026, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thiery and Laura Thiery; his sister-in-law Connie Fiechtner; his brother Bob; his sister-in-law Carol Bottchen; and his niece Kim Bottchen Meyer (Wilco Pontvuyst).
He is survived by: his wife Delphine Fiechtner (Del); his sons, Rick of Alexandria and Bryan (Angela) of St. Michael; his daughter-in-law Jenny Olson Thiery (Wilco Pontvuyst) of Alexandria; his grandchildren, Katelyn, Kendall, Isla, Hank and Maris Thiery; his children, Marielle, Marek, Joran and Lauren; and his brother-in-law Floyd Fiechtner. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
