She was predeceased by: her parents, Wolmer Sorensen and Elaine Sorensen (Chandler); her husband Roger Hillenbrand; her son Steven; and her sister Mary "Tancy" DeLeeuw.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Pat Hillenbrand of Kandiyohi, MN; her grandchildren, Ryan Hillenbrand of Willmar, MN and Tracy Hillenbrand of West Fargo, ND; her great grandchild Jaydalyn Hillenbrand; and her siblings, Jim Sorensen (Lori), Alan Sorensen (Linda) and Jackie Gackstetter. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
