Mae left this world on July 4, 2025 at the age of 97, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Torgerud and Clara Torgerud (Fossum); her husband Herk; her sister Bette; her brother-in-law Herb Thompson; her parents-in-law, Herman and Rose Forstrom; her siblings-in-law, Kelly and Norma Forstrom; and her nephew Paul Forstrom.
She is survived by: her brother Gordie; and her sister-in-law Eileen Torgerud of Delano.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Harvey Anderson Funeral Home (1000 19th Ave SW, Willmar, MN 56201). A memorial service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Copperleaf Assisted Living and/or Moments Hospice.
