She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Sr. Puchalski and Fern Puchalski (Gepner); her parents-in-law, Clara and Frank Baker; her husband Norman Lloyd Baker; her siblings, Edward, James, Raymond Puchalski and Beverly Hoffman; and her daughter Rebecca Lynn.
She is survived by: her children, Robin Baker (Janice) of Willmar, Ronald Baker of Blomkest, Tim Baker of Willmar and Melanie Garberich (Gaylin Anderson) of Willmar; her grandchildren, Jason Baker (Christina) of Renville and Taylor Henkelman (Tyler) of Blomkest; her great grandchildren, Chase, Kolby, Lita, Tristan and Desirae; her siblings, Otto Jr. "Butch" Puchalski of Benson, MaryEllen Hoefer of Benson, RuthAnn Cleary of Benson, Helen Lee (Dick) of Benson, Joyce Verch (Jack) of Pennock and Shirley Razink (Tom) of Clontarf; and her daughter-in-law Nancy Baker of Blomkest. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
