He was predeceased by : his parents, John J. Theis and Marie R. Theis (Brinker). He is survived by : his wife Cleo Mills; and his daughters, Michele Satterlund (Jeremy) of Richmond, VA and Rebecca Carpenter of Phoenix, AZ. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
