He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon L. Manley and Ella Manley (Ruter); his brother Dennis Manley; and his brother-in-law David Niemeyer. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Dahline; his children, Steven Manley, Lisa Bury and Troy Manley (Shanon); his grandchildren, Justin Bury (Clara), Joshua Bury (Mercedes), Zachary Manley (Isabelle), Tyson Manley, Cooper Manley and Aspen Manley; his sister Connie Niemeyer; and his sister-in-law Denise Manley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials are preferred to Bethesda Hospice.
