He was predeceased by: his parents, Severin Emberland and Eleanor Ruth Emberland (Skare); his brothers, Roy, Gayle, James and Richard; his nephews, Douglas Emberland and Steven Emberland; his niece Paula Emberland; and his in-laws, Carl and Helen Larson.
He is survived by: his wife Lynette Marie Larson; his sons, Mark Emberland (Heather) of St. Cloud and Jon Emberland (Heidi) of LaQuinta, CA.; his grandchildren, Grace, Aubrey, Elena and Grant; his siblings, Donald Emberland (Mary) of Maple Grove and Diane Vosika (Mike) of Willmar; and his sisters-in-law, Leila Larson, Carolyn Karnik (Steve), Beverly Emberland, Sandy Emberland, Karen Emberland, McManimen (Mike) and Patricia Emberland Ashley. He is also survived by ses other relatives and many friends.
