She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Schninzel and Edna Schninzel (Varade); and her in-laws, Walter and Margaret Tomschin. She is survived by: her husband Bob Tomschin of Bingham Lake; her stepchildren, Loren Tomschin and Dianna McDaniel; her siblings, Jan Bokelmann (Bob) of San Jose, CA and Steve Schinzel (Cathy) of Joice, IA; and her sisters-in-law, Marge Hoppner of Willits, CA, Sheila Tomschin (Walt) of Georgetown, TX and Cheri Tomschin (Mike) of Springfield.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Open House (2280 6th Ave, Windom, MN 56101).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred in Carol's name to your favorite animal shelter.
