Lint (Tammara) of Oak Hill, Florida; his grandson Michael (Mel); his great grandchild Maeve; his grandchildren, Jake (Malach), Isaiah, Karlee and Lexi Provo; his siblings, Dan Mayfield, William Koningsmark of Iowa, Melissa Pruett-Middleton (William "Bear") and DannaSue Pruett-Jones (Max) of Oklahoma; his nieces and nephews, Anthony Haislip, Tyler Goodman, Mica Combs, Joseph Combs, Kelsey Skinner, Sara Dodd, Jason Nemcik and Annissa Fox; Amie Reynolds. He is also survived by his family, friends, and his carnival family.
