It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randy Hochstein of Windom, Minnesota, who passed away on February 16, 2026, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Ernest and Frances Elizabeth Hochstein (Henrich); his brother Curtis Hochstein; and his parents-in-law, John and Ally Reinhardt.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Hochstein (Reinhardt) of Windom; his daughter Heidi Baloun (Matt Schindle); his grandsons, Mason and Nolan of St. Peter; his daughter Holly Louwagie (Steven); his grandchildren, Brody, Layla and Bronson of Marshall; his son Billy Hochstein of Windom; and his siblings-in-law, Paul Reinhardt (Pat) of Windom and Sandy Grove (Bryon) of Windom. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
