He is survived by: his wife Joyce Oltmans; his children, Lorie Folsom (Dave) of Hornick, Iowa, Scott Oltmans (Kerri) of Windom and Travis Oltmans (Beth) of Owatonna; his brother George Oltmans (Pam); his grandchildren, Danielle, Michael Searles, Kayla Folsom, Hunter, Jayden Folsom, Jackson, Kaitlyn Oltmans, Evan, Madelyn, Chloe Oltmans, Carter, Makenzie and Brody Oltmans; and his great grandchildren, Deklan, Dahlia, Dane Folsom, Hazely, Noah Searles, Makenna and Harper Oltmans.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lutheran Church of Our Savior (1157 3rd Ave, Windom, MN 56101). A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Springfield Township Cemetery.
