It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Arline A. Volkmann of Winona, Minnesota, who passed away on March 1, 2026, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Burfeind and Sophia Burfeind (Uecker); her parents-in-law, Marvin and Florence Volkmann; and her brother-in-law Bruce E. Volkmann.
She is survived by: her husband James Volkmann; her children, Cheryl Mulyck (John) and David Volkmann (Deborah); her grandchildren, Kalene Schleich (Calvin) and Christopher Volkmann; her great grandchildren, Grayson Schleich and Eliza Schleich; and her sister-in-law Colleen Volkmann. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorials being directed to Hope Lutheran High School or to St. Martin's Ev. Lutheran Church Building Fund.
